Activities

After-school activities are opportunities for students to get help, explore new learning, and connect with new people. After-school activities will be held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2:45-3:45 beginning on Tuesday, September 3rd.

Here are some things you need to know before signing up:

  • Please have a parent/guardian complete the After School Permission Slip one time for the school year.

  • Only one activity a day can be chosen. Also, some of the activities are by invitation only. If the student is not a member of that particular club, they should not sign up for it.

Regardless of what activity your child is participating in (even if it is an invitation-only event), they MUST sign up using the form accessed through the links below.

Activity forms are open for sign-ups the Friday before the activity through 12:00 p.m. the morning of the activity.

 

  • The activity sponsor will require each student to sign an attendance sheet by 2:45 pm.
  • Students are dismissed at 3:45 p.m. and must be picked up by 3:50 p.m. as supervision is not available after this time.

After-School Car Pick-Up Procedures

We expect a higher volume of students attending after-school activities this school year. Therefore, please help us ensure orderly traffic in our lot by following these procedures. Supervised after-school activity pick-up takes place in the front of the school. Please remain in line and do not park in the parking spots to wait for your student. Pull all the way forward and utilize the entire inside lane closest to the building. We will focus on rolling cars off the lot as quickly as possible and do not want to delay traffic by sending students across the crosswalk to meet their ride in parking spots. Please do your best to arrive promptly so that we can begin moving cars off the lot at 3:45 p.m. All students must be picked up by 3:50 p.m.
